We have recently completed a commercial roofing project to clad the walls of this new office within a warehouse at the Tonsley Park site of the expanding Flinders University. Our customer purchased the warehouse and needed to modernise and renovate the existing elevated office space within the warehouse.
The customers chose the new stylish Maxline 340 profile which is one of the latest innovation profiles created by Revolution Roofing. It is becoming increasingly popular with architecturally designed buildings and provides a sleek, professional finish.
As it was also a new product to Old Port Roofing, one of our more experienced tradesman led the team in cladding just the walls to this office space for our customer. The specifically designed clips exclusive to the Maxline product are used in a concealed fixing method so they are hidden behind the sheets and therefore providing a neater finish. This particular project was done in Monument but this product is available in all Colourbond colours.
Whilst the customer on this project did not require a roof on this office (being inside a warehouse) and we only clad the walls, Maxline 340 can also be used for roofing and can be installed to a minimum roof pitch of 1 degree, so is proving to very attractive and practical alternative to the existing Colourbond profiles.
More and more, we are being asked to do projects with the new Maxline 340 Profile and proving to provide a very professional finish, and another service we can offer to our customers.
